Every ILM treatment is performed by a credentialed provider — several of whom teach these procedures to other injectors and laser techs at the Institute for Laser Medicine.
Leslie Fritz, CRNP — Lead Wellness Specialist
Leslie Fritz is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years in women’s health, from labor & delivery into OB-GYN. She leads ILM’s Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy program and its medical weight-loss and advanced vaginal-rejuvenation services.
She is certified through The Menopause Society, holds an NCC credential, and is a member of AmSpa. Patients navigating perimenopause, menopause, low energy, and hormonal weight changes work with Leslie to build a supervised, lab-guided plan.

Melina Quinn, RN, BSN — Lead Aesthetic Nurse
Melina Quinn is ILM’s Lead Aesthetic Nurse and its lead injectables trainer — she teaches other providers the neurotoxin, filler, and thread techniques she performs every day. She brings more than a decade in medical aesthetics on top of an acute-care background in neurology and cardiology.
She is certified in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP, Kybella, PDO threads, lasers, and radiofrequency, and is a member of AmSpa and the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery (AAAMS).

Jennifer Gibson, LE — Lead Medical Aesthetician
Jennifer Gibson is a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Laser Specialist, and Laser Educator with more than 25 years in medical aesthetics and over 16 years specializing in aesthetic lasers and energy-based technologies. Licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she has worked alongside leading plastic surgeons and medical professionals, delivering advanced laser treatments and personalized plans for a wide range of skin conditions.
She pairs deep clinical experience with a personalized, results-driven approach — committed to safe, effective treatments that build confidence while addressing each patient’s unique skincare goals.

Bryan Pluck, RN, BSN — Aesthetic Nurse & Wellness Specialist
Bryan Pluck brings more than 20 years in healthcare, including operating-room and open-heart experience, to ILM’s aesthetic and wellness services. He leads the peptide program and is Peptide University certified.
He performs neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, and IV therapy.

Heather Langston, RN, BSN — Aesthetic Nurse
Heather Langston brings more than 30 years in healthcare and a Villanova nursing degree, with a critical-care background, to ILM. She has worked in aesthetics since 2012 and has been an ILM instructor for roughly a decade, mentoring hundreds of future injectors.
She performs neurotoxins and dermal fillers.

Mary Chase, RN, BSN — Aesthetic Nurse
Mary Chase has more than 13 years in nursing, 12 of them in the open-heart operating room, and performs neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, and PRP. She is especially known for Dysport and for microneedling-with-PRP to soften sun damage and acne scarring.

Dr. Gregory Bolton, Jr., MD — Medical Director
Dr. Gregory Bolton, Jr., is a board-certified OB/GYN and the Medical Director of ILM Aesthetics. His surgical background includes minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic procedures, and he has spent more than 15 years in medical aesthetics.
He is one of the region’s most experienced hormone-optimization physicians, having performed approximately 15,000 hormone pellet insertion procedures. He directs ILM’s bio-identical hormone replacement therapy program — both pellet and traditional protocols — for menopause and andropause.
Dr. Bolton is affiliated with Tower Health / Reading Hospital and Einstein-Montgomery.
